COH Blueprints Constructions Ltd is an architecture and construction practice based in Lafia, Nigeria. Since 2016 we have designed and built more than 40 residential, commercial and civic projects across the country — each shepherded personally by our small in-house team.

Founded in 2016 in Lafia, Nasarawa State, COH Blueprints began with a simple conviction: that good buildings are drawn by hand, priced honestly, and built by people who stay on site. Nine years and forty commissions later, that conviction still governs every project we take on — from single-family homes to institutional complexes.
